1. Overview
Clear Touch UK (Clear-Touch Ltd) supplies commercial digital signage equipment and professional installation services across the UK.
Due to the nature of our products — commercial-grade displays, custom-configured systems, and installation services — returns and refunds are handled differently from standard consumer retail items.
2. Return Eligibility (Hardware Products)
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided:
The item is unused
The item is in original packaging
The item is in resaleable condition
You provide proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable:
Custom-built or made-to-order products
Direct-View LED systems
Installed or commissioned displays
Software licences (including CMS subscriptions)
Special order items from manufacturers
Any item configured specifically to your requirements
3. Installation Services
Installation services are non-refundable once:
The installation date has been completed
Engineers have attended site
If cancellation is required, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Late cancellations may incur charges.
4. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage
Provide photos and order details
Do not attempt installation until confirmed
All commercial displays supplied by Clear Touch UK include a 3-year manufacturer warranty, subject to manufacturer terms.
We will assist in handling warranty claims directly with the manufacturer where applicable.
5. Refund Process
If a return is approved:
Items must be returned at your own cost unless faulty
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after inspection
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
6. Business-to-Business Sales
Most sales are conducted on a B2B basis.
Business purchases may not be eligible for the same return rights as consumer purchases under UK distance selling regulations.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Faulty
Incorrectly supplied
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases on commercial equipment.
